At ShieldIQ, we’re all about building client relationships. Speak to our employees, and you’ll be impressed by their security experience – but you also might discuss sports, travel, or other mutual interests. Our emphasis on relationships starts at the top, with our CEO, Mike Delamere. In this video series, Mike opens a window into his training, family, and guiding values.
Mike grew up in Massachusetts with his younger brother and sister. Foreshadowing his security career, he jokes that he kept everyone in line! Mike attended Northeastern University in Boston, majoring in criminal justice. In this first clip, Mike shares why he chose the security industry and how, early on, he separated himself from the pack. (And if you listen carefully, you can still hear that Bah-stan accent 🙂

Find out why he fell in love with the NW, but how he’s still loyal to Boston.
Even as MIke’s worked hard to build a successful security career, he’s never lost sight of what matters most. In this clip, Mike talks about his family. He explains how his family values tie into providing the best service for his clients.
