PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform all duties as required by the Executive Protection Specialist job description.
  • Direct and coordinate actions of teams on assignment.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor for the client by demonstrating accountability, transparency, and integrity.
  • Ensure accurate, professional, predictable, and inclusive communication with the client, team, and ShieldIQ leadership.
  • Assess dynamic risks and continuously adjust mitigation strategies accurately with attention to detail.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be a true hunter through continuous prospecting for new clients through self-generated telephone solicitation, outbound cold calling, innovative and creative lead generation, including networking and advanced marketing/social media methods.
  • Conduct research and analysis of target markets to identify potential new business opportunities, competitive threats, unmet needs, and prospective organizations.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software daily to include contact conversations, attempts, activity reporting, and contact information.

  • Knowledge of local statutes to ensure client organization safety, including fire, emergency response, occupational health, etc.
